Obituary of Margueritte J. Zandlo

MARGUERITE J. ZANDLO, Beloved and cherished sister of Carol Zandlo Market (Marv Market) passed away January 9, 2021 in her home at the San Damiano Group Home of St. Coletta of Wisconsin, Inc. in Jefferson, WI 

 

Maggie was a resident of St. Coletta since 1971 graduating from the school program and then continuing in their Resident Worker Program where she worked for many years in the campus commercial laundry facility.  Maggie always took great pride in her work and in later years enjoyed taking part in the daily activities of St. Coletta’s Excel Program with her friends and housemates. She loved to color and always enjoyed receiving new coloring books and fresh crayons.  She especially enjoyed chocolate ice cream with hot fudge sauce (3 scoops please) and her pizza dinners with friends and family.  Maggie is preceded in death by her parents Stephen and Louise Zandlo and will be interred at their gravesite at Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis, MN.

 

The family wishes to express their utmost appreciation and thanks to the staff of St. Coletta and Rainbow Hospice for the wonderful and extraordinary care they have given Maggie during her lifetime.
